Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.

How can I change my shopping cart?

You can change your shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right of the page. You can then remove individual items from the shopping cart by clicking on the delete button on the right.

Is it possible to change my order later?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after the payment process, as the data has already been automatically sent to our payment service provider.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact our telephone support as soon as possible: +91-9810523979. All orders received by around 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday are usually processed on the same day. Once your order has been handed over to DHL or UPS we are unable to stop delivery and you must return it to us immediately upon receipt.

Do you save my payment details?

We do not store your payment details. When you submit your order, your data is automatically transmitted to our payment service provider.

How much are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping within Germany is free. An overview of the shipping costs for orders from abroad can be found on our "Shipping conditions" page.

When do you ship my order?

All orders received by around 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday are usually processed and handed over to DHL on the same day. Later orders will be shipped the next working day.

Where is my order?

You can view the status of your order at any time in your customer account. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking code so you can track your package at all times. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping via DHL. All orders received by around 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday are usually processed and handed over to DHL on the same day. Later orders will be shipped the next working day. The delivery time within Germany is 1-2 working days.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Specifying a different delivery address is only possible when paying in advance or PayPal. It is not possible to change your delivery address after the checkout process

Do you ship to my country?

What to do in the event of a damaged delivery?

If the package is damaged upon delivery, please check the contents immediately, have the courier confirm the damage and inform us about it! RETURNS & REFUND

How can I return an item?

Your order does not meet your expectations or you have ordered several items to choose from? No problem! You can return unused items to us within 14 days. Please note that we will only take back items that are returned within 14 days in their original condition and all items must have the original tags and packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

If you do not like an item, we ask that you return it and place a new order. A direct exchange of the article is unfortunately not possible.

The invoice amount will be refunded to you as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked by us. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you selected when placing the order.

We will bear the costs for returns within Germany. We only cover the return costs for one package. A return in partial deliveries is therefore not possible. Please use the original box in which you received your order for your return! Prepaid returns will not be accepted. The costs for returns from abroad are to be borne by the buyer.
