14 days right of return
Your order does not meet your expectations or you have ordered several items to choose from? No problem! You can return unused items to us within 14 days. Please note that we will only accept returns on items that are returned within 14 days in their original condition and all items must have the original tags and packaging.
We will cover the costs for returns within Germany.
The invoice amount will be refunded to you as soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been checked by us. The refund will be made using the payment method chosen when ordering.
To ensure a safe return, we recommend returning all products in the original packaging and shipping as an insured package with tracking number. The costs for return shipping from abroad are to be borne by the buyer. Returns with freight forwarding cannot be accepted.
